Small, clean, modern apartment with everything you may need, including chairs & umbrella for the beach. . Great location, minutes from the beach, bars & restaurants. Very good communication with owner.

To be improved

Building work next door. Noise from 8am. Otherwise, I'd have given a higher score overall.

The property was an absolute gem! I loved everything about it from the care and thought that had gone into the beautiful renovations! The properties fixtures and fittings were of an exceptionally high standard and the homewares were lovely! It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need AND more! Just beautiful little touches that sets it apart from a lot of other self catering apartments! A true gem of a find! The position of the apartment is perfect, just steps from the beautiful beach and lovely restaurants! The communication with the owner Beatriz and her welcoming staff was superb! Beatriz gave me lots of information about places to visit and good restaurants to try! Villajoyosa is an absolutely charming and beautiful place to stay and so is San Telmo apartment! I hope to return later in the year 🙏👏😎

“Small comfortable apartment with great location”
The best

The apartment has got all the amenities one might need to enjoy a nice stay in La Vila for two people. The kitchen is a bit small but very functional. The location is perfect to be close to the beach. The garden on the back is great to enjoy nice meals outdoors when the weather is good.
