To be improved

The host didn't get back to me with instructions. They basically ignored the booking and I couldn't access the apartment, so I had to book another place. It was a scam. I paid for no accommodation and neither the host or Booking gave me my money back. The worst experience I've had with an accommodation and with the booking service ever.
