“Convenient for a short stay near to the airport.”

The best

It is close to the airport, reasonably priced and good sized room with cooking facilities. The receptionist was very helpful in booking a taxi in the evening.

To be improved

No bedside lights so just the main light with switch by the door. Also the toilet door wouldn’t shut. It is situated on an industrial area with no cafes around.

Location great very accessible. The host team were very nice, friendly and extremely helpful.

To be improved

Unfortunately the room looked into the smoking area and the room just smelled of smoke. Also no AC which simply didn’t help in the heat.

“The apartment was clean and the location near the airport was good, and it was quiet. · Cons: To begin with, the Google map co-ordinations were wrong. The entrance to the building is on a different street. To check-in before 5pm costs an additional €35, but it was necessary because I was collecting my wife from the airport after a tiring journey. Next, having to check-in online was inconvenient and the system didn't work properly. I also had to pay extra online for my teckel dog, which I knew about, but the payment system crashed 4 times. Next I had to pay an online security deposit of €90, which they informed me of after I booked, but they tried to charge me twice for the booking. Then afterwards, it took 3 days to get the deposit cancelled from my payment card. Thirdly, the pillows for the bed were too soft and inadequate but the reception desk is not staffed, so impossible to request more pillows. We took photos of everything in the room as we arrived. The radiator was already falling off the wall and lots of areas needed a refreshing paint over. The lack of air conditioning meant an uncomfortable sticky night with little sleep, so not really very relaxing.”
