Apartamentos Selvapark

We found the apartment very dirty, unhygienic, from the kitchen, bathroom to the cupboard. Bed linen and towels were dirty and had bad smells. Underneath the microwave, there was a lot of dust and dirty. Bed mattresses were uncomfortable and the bed very noisy, we got up in the morning with back pain. Lots of fly indoors and spiders on the wall, found just when we arrived. We needed to clean the floor on arrival, as was dirty, we had to keep all our clothes closed in our luggage because the wardrobe was dirty. Kitchenware hasn't been cleaned for a long time. The apartment shouldn't be rented in that condition. We had a really bad experience, and we should get compensation as we feel we have lost the money, because we haven't enjoyed our stay due to these issues. We'll never come back to this place again.

Apartment was a little bit dirty, i had to spend like 40minutes cleaning the kitchen area and kitchen utensils. There was absolutely no dish soap, hand soap, dish sponge, kitchen towel, which we had to buy. Also only one toilet paper for 10 day stay. I would recommend changing that.

No soap, no bath, no dishwashing liquid.
