Location was fantastic! Staff very happy! Lots of amazing bars around, located on the beach.

To be improved

Construction at 7am all though the day, very loud and room was not directly beside it, not the hotels fault but an inconvenience as couldn’t sleep through.

“Great area and proximity is in old town.”

Location was just in front of the beach. Clean small studio with separate bedroom, had all you needed. Handy for old town and all the restaurants and bars. Twenty minutes walk to the strip.No loud parties of people in nearby area. Beautiful old building and was very clean. Staff in daily to freshen up change towels etc. They provide iron and hairdryer , just ask at reception. Communication was prompt and clear also. Would go back and recommend. Thanks to all the polite and friendly staff.

Nothing we didn’t like. Not a problem for us but there is work going on in hotel next door. Didn’t affect our stay but if we had balcony/ terrace would have been a bit disappointed. Road cleaners and delivery’s on mornings as expected. But Benidorm is not necessarily quiet, which is why people go.
