“Has potential, but needs work. Felt misled”

The apartment was spacious. Feels secure considering the building is only occupied by owners below and this apartment on second floor. There was supply of oil and salt, dishes, pans, electric hob, shower with boiler, large TV and plenty of day light in the living room.

To be improved

The apartment has mould, in the living room and one of the bedrooms. It's not healthy breathing it in and all of our clothes picked up the smell only by hanging there for a day. The neighbours tend to be noisy and smell from cooking can spread into bedrooms. Mould situation needs to be sorted before renting it out further, it's not safe.

The apartment was clean with no shortage of space. Very good air conditioning. Big TV.

To be improved

The door handle was broken in my room. No oven in the kitchen. The location wouldn't suit everyone in relation to old town & the beaches but I didn't mind.

Thank you Jesus for your attention to our needs . You were always so proactive . The apartment exceeded our expectations. My wife and I were really at comfort for a week. Our main place of interest was close to the apartment. All the necessary amenities are in the apartment . The area and the neighborhood are calm which is excellent. I have some back issues hence a strong bed with a sturdy mattress in the double bedroom is exactly what I needed to not feel the tiredness of the travel. My wife was pleased with it too. We did not use the single room

The best

The owner is very helpful and kind. It was easy to communicate with him. The apartment looks nice and there is enough sprace. It has a good location and quiet surrounding.

To be improved

We didn't like that the apartment could have been cleaned better. Mostly the towels and bed linen smell and now it didn't smell. When you turn on multiple appliances on top of each other, it blows fuses. The toilet clogged but the owner was willing to fix it right away.

Spacious apartment with bright living room. Kitchen well-supplied though with no hot water. Two bedrooms, one without much natural light and the other simple but fine. The host was pleasant & helpful but a very busy guy. It is a good walk to the old town but that was okay..

To be improved

I had the feeling that work on the apartment hadn't been finished. No hot water in the kitchen or for the bathroom sink due to calcium build-up, ( but the shower was fine, once you figure it out ). Accessing the wifi was a pain as no instructions were left & even after contact the procedure was over- complicated for everyone. I am sure these nuisance problems can be solved.
