Perfectly placed apartment on the edge of Hercules Plaza, quiet, comfortable and the host Alejandro is friendly and full of information and tips about the wonderful city of Seville. We will definitely be staying here again when we return.

To be improved

Convenient parking underneath the apartment but don't hire a big car!

The best

I chose this apartment because I was on a work trip and it was conveniently located for the purpose of my journey. Overall the complex is pleasant. There are several bus stops close by and the Alameda is just 2 minutes walking and there are so many amazing bars! In general, it's an authentic and vibrant "barrio" where to stay.

To be improved

There are a few things to be fixed in the apartment, which would make it more pleasant. For example, providing better tableware and tightening the faucet in the kitchen, which is almost completely unscrewed. The neighbours were annoyingly noisy.

The positive thing is the location and the host was nice too.

To be improved

The apartment is too old and not clean. The lighting is not enough (too dim). The bathroom door was touching the floor that made it very hard to close. Towels are worn out and small. No kitchenware. Pot with no cover, tray old and broken that is not possible to use. The kitchen fan was not working. Internet was week inside the room and it frequently disconnect.
