We had a refurbished 2 bedroom suite which was lovely. A beautiful view overlooking the pool.

To be improved

Our air conditioning was faulty. The maintenance team did come a couple of times to try and fix it but unfortunately kept dripping water everywhere. However this in no way spoiled our stay.

the reception was extremely slow, we wasted 1 hour at check in And the aircondition did not work and eventhough i ask for a new room or help to fix it, nothing happened. 2 nights in horrible heat with to kids not fun….

The communication with staff prior to the visit was brilliant. They were friendly, informative and prompt with their responses. The main pool area and ground were immaculate. The staff during our stay were helpful too especially in accommodating our late check in.

To be improved

The apartment was in need of refurbishment. There were tiles missing in the bathroom, a hole in the ceiling above the shower, the sliding balcony door wouldn’t lock. The air conditioning was loud and affected by the wind, on a windy night (like ours was) it made the AC louder and quieter sporadically which disrupted our sleep. Not a fixable problem, but I didn’t like the access to the apartment. The corridor is outside and open, there is a very long drop the other side of the wall that I wasn’t expecting to see, with 3 children late at night I felt nervous for their safety (I acknowledge that the safety was fine as there was a wall that is high enough to stop accidental falls but it was low enough for the children to look over). “We stayed in a comfortable apartment with a balcony overlooking the pool. There was a small kitchen area, though we didn’t really use it, so I can’t say how well-equipped it was. The pool area was great - clean and relaxing. We had breakfast included; it was tasty but quite minimal. The beach is about a 15-minute walk (maybe a bit more), and the walk wasn’t very comfortable in the heat. But the beach itself was beautiful and we really enjoyed it.”
