The apartment is nothing like it seems on booking.com. Bedroom in the basement without window and very low cealing. Smell is terrible and it is very cold. Steep staircase up to toilet and living room. Unfair and misleading to have picture of pool when it is 10 minutes away and not really accessible. We thought we booked a place to stay with nice outdoor area with a view but the apartment is in a backyard in a basement. Stay away from this. Our contact called and asked for booking number and pin and when I was a bit hesitant (because I never experienced that before) she accised me for being rude! Terrible attitude!
