The AC WAS NOT WORKING ON JULY and THE WEATHER WAS SOO HOTTTTT!!! the guy in the reception was SO RUDE, he refused to help us and he said deal with it i don’t have any other room!! While we just reached from a long flight, we really needed to sleep and rest however he didn’t even provide us with another apartment, he mentioned that it was fully booked, and when i was negotiating with him regarding the room and we cant stay without an air conditioner because it’s so hot, He said I will call the police if you dont accept the room or leave!!!!!!! IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVERRR!

The apartment was beautiful. Tastefully decorated. Clean. Great location.

To be improved

The one bedroom had no space around the bed to place the luggage to be opened. No big deal. We simply open our luggage in the living room. But that’s really the only complaint we had. The good far outweigh the bad. When we come back to Madrid, we would definitely stay again.
