There was not good selection of glasses

The mattress was incredibly uncomfortable ( I felt the metal parts of it) to the point that I left after one night. The internet was not working. I messaged them in the morning, they didn’t get back to me in the late afternoon, when they told me that internet is spotty and it’s normal and try to tell me that the mattress was new which clearly wasn’t because there were people complaining about it in the past reviews that unfortunately I didn’t see beforehand. Also the place was really small. One of a few places that charges you a deposit (not sure for what) I tried to get my money back but they’re unresponsive and after a few weeks of trying to get my money back via booking.com, booking.com said they weren’t responding to them either. I ended up moving to Mar Apartments that was uncomperativefly higher standard and way better customer service.
