Customer service of the agency, which rent the apartment is really poor. Responsiveness is poor or non-existent. There is no welcome feeling on their part. You are not a guest here, but just a strict business. It's not a good feeling, I haven't really felt like that any where and I'm traveling a lot. An apartment with a really little investment could look much better - others have written about it before and I agree . The chairs on the terrace really do not allow you to sit and relax comfortably, which is a pity, because otherwise the terrace is really pleasant. There were no kitchen towels in the apartment, Also not laundry powder for a washing machine, toilet paper was 1/3 role, so I bought it whole package and left it there. It's not a big thing, but the problem is a relationship toward a guests. The owners simply do not care. The apartment was clean and smelled nice upon my arrival. Veronica, which takes care of cleanliness, is a bright spot of these experience. I will certainly not come back. The ratio of quality price is also not positive. There are many similar locations in the surrounding area, with better equipped apartments, much better guest support and also more affordable. I know because I did a reserch for next season.
