“Loved the jacuzzi, great location !”

Lovey room with private jacuzzi, which we enjoyed a lot. We didn’t use the indoor pool, but it looked cute. The outdoor pool was clean and very lovely in the sun! We were on bikes and it was very easy to reach both playa arena and the playas of Isla.

To be improved

The only thing I would say is that the room is a bit dark. We also wished there was a small outdoor table + chair as we cooked in every night and would have loved alfresco dining (the other rooms have terraces which look lovey).

“Nice but noisy”

We liked the room very much and the balcony with the views is beautiful. The bathroom is excellent too. The spa is small but a great addition.

To be improved

The house has very poor noise insulation and our neighbours upstairs did not respect the fact that they could only use their spa bathtub until 11 pm. This kept us awake as it was extremely noisy. It would also be better to reduce this time to 10 pm, since we were tired and wanted to sleep early, and the same may be true for other travellers. In the spa area, there are clear signs saying 'no jumping' and 'no noise', but two families came in with young boys who were jumping and screaming. It was impossible to relax, so we had to leave. As in many other places, it would be better if only children over a certain age were allowed in the spa area, as it is intended for relaxation.

“Fantastico...but....”

The best

Fabulous location....really helpful and polite staff (mireia), some excellent restaurants in walking distance, and big choice of food available in the many small coastal towns, lots of wildlife on view from property, especially birds of prey, Stunning coastline within easy reach, sense of real Spain....and really sensible option to stay as a stop gap for the Santander ferry...would definitely recommend.

Very little, but really disappointed in the lack of attention to detail, apartment was really tired looking and shabby, furniture all needs to be replaced, and in need of a general makeover/refreshing, cleanliness wasn't great, not 'dirty' as such, just looked neglected and dusty....this would be so easy to put right with minimal expense... Oh....and small things like shower gel and some tea/coffee wouldn't go amiss as we arrived late....and also a kettle!!!!! for us non natives!! Don't let these small things put you off... Fabulous location, but could be so much more with minimal updates...
