The staff were lovely and the location to town and the beach was perfect.

To be improved

The property was comfortable but very, very outdated. Sitting in the lounge felt similar to sitting in a waiting room. The property was clean, though, and very quiet and relaxing when out by the pool.

“The property is in a good location not too far from the sea front where all bars and restaurants are all down hill going and obviously up hill going back (quite steep) you have choice of steps or concrete path if you are fit and able you will be fine.. reception staff all really friendly. Beds not very comfortable with only 1 pillow which was quite flat same for sofa bed wouldn't recommend anyone to sleep on that, unfortunately during my 5 day stay they was alot of maintenance going on outside the apartments and rooms with a construction lift painting buildings, drilling hammering etc all taped off access to some of the pool, really noisy in a morning and throughout the day not what you want when you come away for a relaxing break, had we had known this prior to our visit we would have booked elsewhere.”

I had a wonderful stay on my own. The apartment is in a great location. The cliff top promenade is just a very short walk. The Kasbah entertainment/shopping centre is just across the road with lots of bars, restaurants, shops and open air stage. There is quite a lot of noise that comes from there, especially at the weekend. Less than a 10 minute walk down a slope just next to the apartments, will take you to the main entrance to Maspalomas beach with many bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment reception team are friendly and helpful. There is frequent cleaning and towel changes. The beds are comfortable. I would describe the apartment as basic. There is lots of hot water and the shower was great. WiFi connection is brilliant too. The pool area is nice and was never busy when I stayed early April. I booked this apartment as the price was good compared to many others. I would stay again if the price remains competitive.

The settee/futon in the lounge is very uncomfortable and nothing else to sit on except plastic chairs.
