Everything was great.. Clean, spacious, privacy (door to bedroom nice touch & bathroom was separate enough to not.hear everything in there!), walking distance to everything we needed & even has a washer/dryer machine!

“Great studio, good location”

The best

Very nice studio at a great location in town, very lively and within walking distance of everything. Friendly host that explained the area to us. Comfortable bed, good shower and a full kitchen. If we come to Malaga again this will be the first place I will look for rooms.

“Dog not allowed, no mater what.”

Unbelievable that in 2025, after paying over 100 euros per night, you still can’t have a small dog in the room. So now I’m down 100 euros and had to find another apartment nearby. So of course im not happy, refund has not been even offered as well. I was about to talk about this bu**** to my huge social media but I'll give them a chance to get back to me with refund.

“Good location - property needs improving.”

We arrived during reception hours luckily. The reception staff initially were a bit non committal about a couple of requests we had but did actually provide the items requested. The location of the property allowed us to walk everywhere.

To be improved

The reception hours are not continuous throughout the day - there is a period of time during the middle of the day when it is closed. It’s also not open on Sunday at all. Reception hours are not communicated prior to arrival as far as I’m aware. The studio we stayed in was ok. However, there are a number of items missing that one would expect from a basic property let alone a Deluxe property. There was no sink plug for the kitchen, no wines glasses - we requested these items and while initially told no, they appeared in our room while we were out - the pillows should have been replaced a while ago as they were lumpy and uncomfortable, the bed could do with a mattress topper as it was very firm/hard. The sheets and very light bed cover barely covered the sides of the bed. There were no cushions on the couch. And the dining room table was so wobbly that it was impossible to use without spilling liquid. The floors were not clean. We stayed 9 days and were only supplied with 2 tiny bottles of shampoo/body wash, two tiny pieces of soap (smaller than half a credit card size) and four rolls of toilet paper. Our room was serviced three times in the 9 days so one would expect the essentials to be replenished at that time. We enjoyed our stay in Malaga and the location of the property was good but there needs to be some serious improvements made for it to live up to a Deluxe standard.
