Small quiet apartment building. Great location for views and sunsets and less than 5 mins walk to Supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Easy check in, staff very helpful. Lovely clean apartments, beautifully made up with lots of thoughtful touches like toiletries, and welcome pack. Everything we hoped for and more.

To be improved

Only thing worth mentioning is accessibility, I happened to be holidaying with an elderly relative and she said the only improvement would be fewer stairs 😂

Private apartment with own pool. Good location for amenities and beach. Very comfortable. Good sea view.

To be improved

Apart from small welcome pack and couple of toilet rolls/ bar of soap there was no other basic essentials.

“Magnificent view in a comfortable apartment”

The location of the apartment and the view from it were definitely the highlights of our stay. Son Bou was very quiet when we went there in September making it perfect to relax and rewind. And the view from our terrace was just amazing. The apartment has more or less all what we needed for a short stay and was nicely decorated. They even provide beach towels. Beds were comfortable. The pool area is also very nice with some huge sunbeds and a barbecue area. Plenty of space to park the car around.

To be improved

Despite the apartment being nicely decorated, we could see it is quite worn down and could definitely use some repainting. The cleaning could also definitely be improved. We could see a lot of dust under the bed and some crumbs in the corners. There was also a very bad odour coming from the toilet. Luckily the lid managed to block the odour. Another thing is the deposit. There is a 500€ security deposit that you have to pay by bank transfer, or you could use the credit card but they charge 18€ for the fees. You can also pay 30€ for the deposit waiver which I wouldn’t bother because the house is already quite worn down. Just wish those thing were written more clearly BEFORE the booking. Overall it was still definitely a beautiful apartment and would choose to come again.

The location was perfect for us , the pool was clean with plenty of sun beds, we appreciated the welcome pack.

To be improved

We were a couple but if we were with other guests the balcony would be a bit small.
