“I liked the proximity to the sea · Cons: We were extremely dissatisfied with our stay at this hotel. There was no Wi-Fi in the room, and we were told that it’s simply not available — which is unacceptable nowadays. What was especially disappointing was the receptionist’s attitude: completely indifferent, with no willingness to assist. Every question was met with the same reply: “check the website.” There’s no sign of good service or any personal approach to guests. “Cons: I have paid 100 euros as a security but didn't get it back I told them about it they just showed me the receipt but I didn't get back money in my account. I told my bank to give me prove to show you that I didn't get money from you. They told me to contact the bank of the sender. I told about it to you but didn't get any revert till now. I am living in Barcelona here and I am pregnant . I will come to your hotel again and then I will show my account statement to you and then you have to pay my money back . Or else I will complain to police.”

“My time away.”

I liked the size of the pool and that you needed a key to access the grounds of the apartments.

I was there for ten days and they only came once after to change the towel and bed linen.
