Too much noise

Apartment wasn't serviced, no change in towels or bedding in five days we stayed , a little attention to the apartment would make a huge difference, the door to toilet doesn't work , it's off it's rollers , could do with replacing with accordion doors to free up wall space. The plasterers tape (not the owners fault) is coming down in bathroom and living area. I tried ringing the owners when we were leaving as id forgotten the pass for key box , all I got was someone repeatedly saying solo Espanol in an angry voice.

The room was extra small and in poor condition. The floor had infiltrations, the shower door was broken, if you are bringing your pet be carefull since the balcony doesn’t have enough protection for small animals. The neighbourhood didn’t seem safe at all and the other guests didn’t lock the main building door at night. We were promised one room and suddenly they told us there was a problem with it and had to put us in other room wich was even hotter since it was higher, and then when we arrive there was a family staying in the room that was supposed to be assigned to us. Everything was very strange all around, so we shortened our stay it was so bad.
