Apartamentos Tao Sergio

We were a group of five staying in this apartment, located a 25-minute walk from the city center. We deeply regret our choice as our experience was overwhelmingly negative. From the very start of our 4-night stay, there was no hot water in the apartment. We requested that the issue be fixed, but it was only resolved on the very last day, which is absolutely unacceptable. Moreover, the apartment is completely bare—you don’t even have soap to wash your hands. The communication from the company managing the apartment was terrible. Several of my messages went unanswered, particularly when I asked for the cold water issue to be resolved, and I was told someone would come two days later. This service is disgraceful, and I strongly advise anyone against renting this apartment—unless, of course, you’re looking for a show apartment with no hot water.

Maybe a little more of kitchen equipment would help but we managed:)

No mirror in bedrooms

There was no plug for kitchen sink because it leaked so my partner fixed it, no washing up bowl, coffee machine didn’t work, no kettle, wine glasses or mugs we bought some mugs and left them . I felt they should have warned people it was fourth floor and no lift, thankfully we are fit. No roof terrace and the balcony had no seating. They describe it as a quiet street, it doesn’t have many cars but there are very noisy neighbours that seem to stay up all night. You will need to go out every day as nowhere outside to sit and relax, so hire car essential.
