Apart from somewhere to go to at the end of the day. Nothing!

To be improved

Cockroaches when first arrived. Shutters closed on bedroom through the stay. shower curtain fall down and when reported nothing done. No heating working and has to pay per night for a small electric heater which tripped the electrics! Gap under the door which there is a draft from outside and the temp being -2 outside it was freezing inside!! Bedding is a thin sheet and blanket throws on shelve are look and feel like they are from the 70s, just horrid! Beds are so uncomfortable too! My son refused to sleep and we had to share.
