The building work next door was very, very noisy, and the dust made use of the outside area impossible. I would return when the building work is finished .

The entry system via an app on my phone was slow and complicated, we ended up asking for keys. Had a safe but it didn’t work. Furniture was dirty and dated. We paid a cleaning fee but found out it was for cleaning the appt when we left, change of towels and sheets once during our stay. Noise from the building site was incessant from 0800-1700 every week day and it ruined our stay. Downloaded an app to measure noise and recorded Db up to 90! We received a 20% rebate but this in no way compensated for what we had to endure.

If you look at the photos and picture yourself having breakfast with the view, it is only possible on weekend days. From 8 on Monday you can’t use the terrace or open any windows due to dust and noise right next to you. The terrace door does not lock leaving you and your belongings unsecured and the fact is just completely ignored by managing agency. The dust gets in the apartment so if daily mopping and washing your towels is what you choose to do on holidays, this is the place to go. Communication is lacking as well. Having paid for the apartment I asked for days for the confirmation and received it in the end, but it was supposed to be sent straight away. The apartment was dirty, so was the sofa, stinking of sweat. It could be a lovely place to stay but at the moment a nightmare. You have to go out at 8 and not come back before 5 to avoid horrible noise.

App to gain access to main door and apartment doors was very inconsistent and dangerous as door wouldn’t lock from the inside.(on one occasion) The major rock/ cliff clearance work was more than just the expected building work. This created so much dust and noise that you had to leave the apartment from 08:00 to 16:30. There wasn’t enough soft seating for four people and even the dining table was very small for four people. The second bedroom wasn’t an integral part of the main apartment was disappointing and not ideal for a a young family to use. No cleaning products were supplied at all.
