“Very poor condition property”

The property was in very poor condition with large areas of damp on each bedroom wall that were clearly visible to anyone. The shower area was also full of black mold, again clearly visible to anyone. We contacted the property who offered to reseal the shower but nothing about the bedroom walls. The general condition was poor with a number of small defects through out such as the bathroom door handle missing.They never responded to my subsequent emails and I still haven’t had a response to date. This property was very poor value for money.

“Not fit for long stays”

The best

The location was great, few minutes walk to the metro station, bus stops. Loads of places to eat around. The instructions were also really easy and clear to follow.

To be improved

We stayed for 6 nights, didn’t like humidity in the house and was not really clean. A bit of painting and a bit more deep cleaning would’ve been great. No heating or AC in the house only small heaters. We were 4 people so was a bit small, one of the rooms didn’t have any storage or at least somewhere to hang your clothes. If you staying for 1 or 2 nights is ”okay” but not for a week.

“Mi daughter and I have a good time at the apartament”

The apartament has a very good locatión, close to it there is a train station and a laundry room and a foodrmarket and other stores. The kitchenette is well equipped.

To be improved

The bathroom cleaniness was not well, its walls were dirt. The bathroom space is too small.

Location - Tetuan is a good place in Madrid, located not far from many attractive points of Madrid.

Have a bad smell, it's cold, especially bathroom(only two electrical heaters in each badrom). It's easy to hear neighbours Rooms are totally different than in the picture.

the location was decent and close to metro station bed was comfy

To be improved

walls are paper thin, the aircon, shower, and washing machine were all broken when we stayed, and the appliances looked like they haven't been replaced in 30 years. they did not provide basic amenities such as toilet paper and hand soap.
