“Won’t stay at this place”

We wanted to visit since we stayed at this place many years ago.

To be improved

The place is old and dated. The air conditioning was not working properly and they gave us a room with twins bed. There was nobody at the reception when we got there or barely during the day. Not worth staying in this place again.

“All the staff were friendly, the facilities were clean, the air conditioning was working · Cons: The first room was smaller than expected, and the handle of the laundry was broken and unuseful, so we claimed, and they changed our room by the next day, which was a great room and bigger, last thing is the place is quite isolated about public transport and supermarket so it's better if you have a car..”

“- · Cons: There was no key, nobody picked up the phone at all and no feedback per email or booking.com. Extremely poor service. When you need to book other hotel in the midnight instead, as the venue is not able to help you!”

“Gave us a no frills place to sleep.”

Apartment did the job of providing a place for us to sleep.

To be improved

Location was too far from Madrid. Lobby freezing throughout stay. No bar. Restaurant or cafeteria open during our stay despite it being advertised on Booking.com as open.
