“Bad experience”

The best

We have been coming here many years and get what we expect for 2 star. Staff amazing, pool area great etc. However, this time the apartment was filthy! The electric kept going out and the microwave nearly blew up. Cleaners were lovely but apparent only floors washed and sheets changed. Doors, frames etc were filthy, as was the old freezer. Crumbs behind fridge and under microwave, tiny critters on kitchen worktop. I had to buy antibacterial wipes and try to clean some areas. When we left, we stripped beds as we always do to find dirty ripped mattresses. At £730 each for 10 days, not acceptable.

“Cheap and cheerful , does what it should for a cheap price”

To be fair with this place you get what you pay for . The lady in the reception is really nice , they have a nice restaurant at the front of the hotel . The room I booked was a 2 floor place for 6 people . Really old and dated yet very clean and dis exactly what was needed to get your head down on a cheap room deal . If you want somewhere luxury I suggest you pay more , but these hotel rooms do the job for a fraction of the price

“The pool and the location · Cons: I didn’t like the fact that I was asleep in my apartment and if my keys weren’t in the door on the inside, the landlord would come into my apartment without my knowledge of it. I woke up in a jump scare because I listened to the keys on my door, trying to open it and I imediately asked who it was. They told me they were there to measure the courtains (?) and they even enter my bedroom with all my personal items laying on the bed. I didn’t felt comfortable with this nor with the fact they were doing construction work on the apartment right next to mine. I woke up evey day at 8am with the drilling and the hammer noises right next to me. My apartment had holes in almost every wall. I get that you are doing some work on the apartments but that should be disclosed since people go there to try to relax and not to worry about their things.”
