“Great Terrace looking towards the harbour”

The best

Great location. Quiet but only a short walk to the harbour. Fantastic terrace and view looking towards Lanzarote. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedroom. Clean and simply but nicely furnished. It is definitely one of the best that we saw whilst walking about La Graciosa.

To be improved

The price of apartments on La Graciosa is high but worth it if you're looking for a peaceful location. We like to stay in during the evening so would have liked a more comfortable sofa, but it is totally fine.

“Comfortable apartment with a great terrace”

The best

Great location near to centre of Caleta de Sebo. Has a large terrace with great views over marina. Well appointed and comfortable first floor apartment. We would stay here again.

To be improved

No aircon, but not an issue for our stay.

Location is great, the view from the terrace is amazing, good size apartment.

When I arrived ( we agreed few days prior that someone will wait for me at the port) nobody was waiting for me, I had to walk on my own and find the apartment, kind neighbour called the owner after me waiting at the port for almost an hour and calling like hundred times. They thought I am coming next day instead (in August I booked that date but then not long after I changed to other date here on booking , and when we communicated on WhatsApp I always mentioned the new date just so they make sure they know when I come), the apartment wasn't clean, kitchen and floor hasn't been cleaned after previous guests, I was told to clean it myself. Not once someone apologised for this, for not answering calls on my arrival etc. Hot water in shower works for max 5 mins every day. It has a good potential but the communication with the owner is just too bad. Maybe little refresh for terrace would be great.
