Very secure and it’s close to a train station

The AC had to be at max and for a couple of hours on so the cooling would bearly reaching the room

Good location and balcony had nice views

To be improved

There needed to be handle to get help coming in and out of shower. Shower took around 2 minutes before water was hot. Could of been some aides for older people to get in out of living room balcony due to the large drop .

Location was walking distance to metro and super markets.

To be improved

Very risky to on the elecric burner because one switch is withiut knob. Not even one knife was supplied, No boiler, No bottle opener. Only two pans supplied with no lids. No boiler. In bath tub no anti-slip mat.

Bathroom ok, kitchen small, roof top Terrace big, beds comfortable, furniture old fashioned, in general the apartement has it's charme. Direct access easy.

Nice location

Shower drain was slow so water went on bathroom floor. Had to clean up after a shower. Recommend unclogging shower drain. Bed was not the most comfortable.
