Great location, absolutely central. Parking was right in the building, and the license plate system to get into the old town worked flawlessly

To be improved

We were surprised to find no coffee, sugar, cooking or olive oil, salt, pepper - these things can make a *huge* difference - one does not normally travel with these items, and if you have to go shopping the minute you arrive, it is a real burden. Most of the kitchen utensils and appliances were provided .... except for a frying pan!

Location was perfect. The service from the reception staff was excellent. Comfort in the apartment was excellent. Facilities were great. It was very clean. We were very happy there.

To be improved

Our only complaint was there was not even 1 roll of toilet paper in either bathroom. Not even enough to tide us over until we went to the supermarket.

It's a little hard to get in by car. The staff was responsive and helpful. No English.
