Nothing was cleaned. They said they will change the towels and the bed sheets but nobody said we have to bring it to the front desk to receive clean ones. Nobody entered in the room to check for toilet paper, we had to buy it. No dish soap, no hand soap, no shampoo, no shower gel, no floor cleaner as you get the Kit to clean in the room. Every time you want to toast the bread the electricity will turn off. The fridge did not work properly as it outside on the balcony and it’s very hot. The AC is not cooling properly. Outside it’s very dirty, nobody is cleaning nobody is washing and once the night is coming it’s full of cockroaches. We had 3 in our room we asked them to spray and they just cover the holes from the walls with some tape so they don’t enter in the room. The owner doesn’t care about anything but to find reasons to not give you back the deposit in case you leave the garbage in the room or you break something or the floor towel it’s to dirty. We had washed towels every single day, and we had to buy everything for the room, exactly like home.

As a disabled person it was impossible to access the swimming pool the ladders into the pool were spaced too far apart with no steps and even the children's pool had no steps. So I could not use the pool in temperature of 30 degrees plus .

Only that the on-site restaurant was very unpredictable regarding when they were open. Some evenings they just didn't bother to open at all, so ended up losing our custom.

The apartment felt a little dated but this did not distract from a lovely stay.

it was the 2nd time we were in the same appartment. the first time the airco didnt work. (used also for heating) this second time it was working and could warm up the place in the colder evenings. but sitting in the room on this bed couch. it hearts. and on top of this there was a waterpipe burst at the last days of our stay. we were offered a other apartment. that would mean to pack and unpack thing for the last 3 nights. so we managed did our best to keep things dry. paid the deposit with google pay. as i didn't remember the pin of the credit card we are now entering 2nd month off not having the deposit returned. update it was refunded. wise lesson! do not pay the bond with your mobile

Towels could be a bit bigger. .Been before , so always bring my own one large towel
