“Nice hotel close to the sea”

Distance to sea, sea view, room size, balcony, brush (to sweep sand), bowl (could wash some clothes), kitchen annex, well working AC, bath

To be improved

Elevator was not working several times during our stay, food manu limited, drinks to lunh and dinner cost extra (and prices are high, e.g. 2,85€ for 200ml nestea) and you have to pay for it directly after each meal, but bigger problem was with lifeguard - our 5 years old daughter was swimming for several days in big pool using swimming ring with no problem, but on our last full day (and last time in the pool) there was different lifeguard (male) and he had screamed on my wife and forbid our daughter swiming in big pool with that ring. He made her cry and ruined her last day...

The best

Guest relations manager Xavier was very friendly when he helped us print some documents. The location was perfect, as the lounge chairs were like 1 meter from the beach, so the hotel guests have plenty of privacy. The staff moved the towels of guests who tried to claim lounge chairs, which freed up space, and was highly appreciated. The dinner was exceptional, with a wide selection. The bus stop was right in front of the hotel, with buses running towards the airport, Tarragona, Cambrils and even Barcelona.

To be improved

The kids club was obnoxious. The external air conditioning unit was blowing heat onto the balcony, rendering it not useful because the temperatures were rising over 50 degrees, so we could only use the balcony when the AC was switched off. The towels weren’t changed daily.
