The complex was clean and reasonably well kept although the whole place seemed to be only half full despite being a high season weekend. It felt rather time served. Worst thing was when we needed to dispose of a waste bag and were told to put it 'in the boat'. This is an old rowing boat on the way to the accommodation where bags are dumped in the open, there are no bins at all. The bags lie in the sunshine and get broken open. Some litter from them blows around the footpaths and wasn't picked up during our three days there, it also smells as you walk past. The small pool had a ban on glass etc near it but a trolley with some glasses and empty cans was on the grass beside the pool and never emptied the three days we were there. The balconies were absolutely adjacent to each other with low walls and no privacy.

Water was non potable, but there was no bottled water provided, not even to buy. You couldn’t sit up in bed because there was no bedhead to lean against No bar or restaurant on site. You really need a car Not sure the pool was clean - the water was below the level of the filters

Common areas were not well taken care of. Maybe because it was the start of the season. We stayed for five days and didn't get any room cleaning. The shower didn't have any pressure and hot water was difficult to get as it kept changing to cold quite often. The toilet flush had no power.

It is obviously a very seasonal area and I was out of season. I think I was the only guest in 20 odd rooms, but didn’t pose a problem. The grounds and facilities overall weren’t prepped for a full season (pool etc). However, the main bit, the room Good.

Had to travel to difficult location to collect keys . Shower head split so water sprayed everywhere. Bed sheets didn’t fit the large bed so constantly rucking up. Room was cold at night and no blankets available and no one to ask. Place was run down and scruffy.
