I’m small and nearly banged my head in the bedroom.

Very poor customer service. This property is remotely managed and there is no one to assist if there are problems as we had: we inspected the apartment and left some items (including passports) while we went to fetch baggage from the car. On return, the outside door worked fine but the electronic lock to the apartment failed to unlock. We tried many times and eventually, we were locked out with an electronic message. We called the company for help but the woman did not believe us, saying that her 'system' shows the door is unlocked. It took a long time, eventually shouting, and she still did not believe us. We said we wanted our passports and we would call the police to break the door and she agreed to do something. After many more attempts, the neighbours from the next apartment came to help us and they agreed that the lock was broken and needed a technician. Eventually, the woman from the management called back and blamed us for the problem. She was going to send us a "tutorial" on YouTube or similar to fix the lock!!! We lost patience and were shouting at her and my wife was in tears. After a long time and many attempts, by luck, the neighbour got the door to open. Inside, I listened to a lot of excuses from the manager on the phone, most blaming me for their faulty equipment. Finally I hung up on her. We slept with the door blocked open in case of further problems. Ironically, this morning I received an automated message (on the Booking app) from the management company telling me how much they love their customers and offering future discounts if I go directly to their website instead if using using Booking.com!!!!! This is a dodgy operation and if you book and get locked out, don't say you weren't warned. AVOID.
