We called the requested 15 minutes prior to arrival. Once arrived we had to wait another 15 minutes. Not massively important, however, just indicate "call 30 minutes in advance". Also no appologies once someone arrived. Very slow (10 minutes) formal check-in and no communication. We did not feel welcome. Kitchen facilities very basic (poorly equiped). The kitchen towel was dirty. There was also a pretty nasty smell in the bathroom. Problem with the shower drain it seems. Bottom-line, compared to the many other appartments (in the same price category) we visited on our pending trip, this one was cleary less value or money.

The host was lovely, she helped us getting around and booking the Protos wine tour in a very tight timeframe (book in advance!!)

To be improved

Not the hosts/hotel fault but getting anything decent to eat around was very hard
