The best

Although the apartments are lovely clean and spacious, only a few have a balcony and there is no pool!!! The picture of the pool is 3.6km away and cost 3euro per child and 4.50 per adult.

The best

The keys were easy to find but the directions to the actual apartment were not clear. Everything was also in Spanish so it made things harder to work out. Other than that it was spotless inside and very comfortable.

To be improved

There were no cleaning supplies in the apartment to wash and wipe dishes, etc.

“The worst experience ever”
To be improved

Water from kitchen and bathroom taps and toilet tank was brown. Party guest that took a shower was covered in brown dirt. When issue reported to the host at checkout she answered it was not her fault and that we should have asked to be moved to a different apartment. The problem lies with the water deposits, so that would not have solved the problem. She first said we were the first guests to report this issue but later acknowledged that other guests had reported the same problem. They need to clean the deposits, it is not that complicated.
