“Good place to stay for a few days”

Good contact with the reception, lady was waiting for us with the keys and showed us the apartment. The location is great - close to shops, restaurants, ice-cream place, pizzeria and of course a beautiful beach. Bed mattress was very comfy. There is a free parking for 5 euro deposit returned at checkout. Apartment is quiet.

To be improved

The apartment was very small and dark, it showed it's age. The AC blows directly at the bed which can really mess you up in the summer. It was fairly clean but you could still see room for improvement. No view from the balcony. Shared washing machine which was not outlined in the ad. Very sparse kitchen utensils which if you like to cook will be a problem for you. The dishes were not properly washed, you had to do it again. No oven so don't think about more serious cooking. Broken tiles on the floor, I suggest not walking barefoot.

“It was very helpful being able to park the car as the streets were full. The employees are all very nice and helpful for any question or request. · Cons: The apartment was smaller than we thought, the pictures look bigger. The sofa doesn't become a bed and it was small for a male of 1.85.”

“Good value with Parking.”

The best

The apartment was clean and warm with secure courtyard parking. The staff were helpful and there were sufficient towels. Whilst there are negatives, the property represents decent vaue for Chipiona.

To be improved

The kitchen and bathrooms require modernisation. limited crockery and no necessary cooking basics.

ignore the photos, you stay at the rear of the hotel in what look like soviet era big grey blocks of flats with the busy car park as your view. we stayed 3 weeks and no cleaning was done despite paying well over the odds for the place. All windows and doors have bars so it's like being in prison.

“Receptionist very helpful and nice, she came with me until the room to show me all keys and amenities. WiFi was excellent, stayed online 4 hours for meetings with zero glitches and fast stream. Room was air conditioned as well and when meeting finished, beach is 3 minutes walk. · Cons: Bed wasn’t fixed well to the wall”
