Apartment very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

To be improved

No kettle, only one pillow and towel each, three small sachets of shower gel. Apartment needs some TLC and maintenance.

the apartment was spacious and clean. the location of the block was good with ample free parking next the the urbanización

To be improved

the bathtub was rusty, the shower hose leaked and affected the water pressure. the quilt for the bed was too small, fortunately I travelled alone so I had to use the 2nd quilt to cover my feet. the furniture was not comfortable. the apartment was directly opposite the elevators which disturbed my sleep until 2345hrs and I could not get a good night's sleep.

Quick booking & once we found the location to obtain the key, it was just ok but fine for our one night stay.

To be improved

The apartment is in a tired looking complex. It was clean & meet our needs for one night but needs a bit of TLC [tender loving care]. There was a lot of bits that required maintance.

“A convenient and value for money place to stay in Almerimar”

The best

The apartment is well located in Almerimar with a ten minute walk along the beach foreshore to the bars, restaurants and grocery shops. Air conditioning units were provided in all rooms making for a comfortable stay in the hot days. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Alma at reception was lovely and very helpful. The apartments were also dog friendly which was great.

To be improved

We selected this property due to the pool, but the pool hours were very limited only from Friday - Sunday and during the hours of 11.30 - 2.30pm and 5pm - 9pm. With a one year old, this was limited even further due to naps and wanting to avoid the hottest hours of the day. Opening the pool earlier in the morning so that it could be enjoyed would be recommended. We were also provided with a bed sheet for sleeping, and during the night we found ourselves to be quite cold resorting to utilising the one bath towel provided on top for extra warmth. Providing additional warmer bed linen in the cupboards would have been appreciated. An old and not functioning outdoor spa/hot tub l was also on the balcony, but it was very dirty and filled with dirty water. Closing the lid to the spa/hot tub and covering the spa would have made being on the balcony more enjoyable.
