“Great location but disappointing experience”
The best

Great location, overlooking famous monuments. The apartment is well planned and managed, small but comfortable and ergonomically set.

To be improved

Bed sheets of the sofa bed were missing while the reservation was confirmed and paid for 3 people. We waited for the bed sheets till 00:15 while we had to catch a 7 am train the next morning. Clearly it wasn't the best experience. There is no reception or a person to contact directly as all the communication happens through the emergency WhatsApp. Also apartment access process is inconvenient since there is no one to assist. It all happens electronically, the link activates strictly at 3 pm and there is nowhere to store the bags. If one doesn't have internet on the spot, forget about accessing the room.
