Easy to locate keys, good and reliable information provided. Easy free parking in the street down from the property.

To be improved

We had no access to the further bedroom with the bunk beds and so had no choice but to use the sofa bed for guest 2, which wasn't ideal. No toiletries so please take your own when staying [not a criticism, just an observation].

To be improved

Being located right next to a rather busy road (also in the evenings), the apartment is quite noisy. Also, parking was a bit of a challenge.

To be improved

Owner asking to whatsap when close to property and then not getting a response, having to call. All worked out fine but why didn't he just send the check in details on the day of arrival?

“Perfect location, beautiful apartment and pet friendly :)”
The best

Everything was amazing. Beautiful apartment, very attentively restored with everything you could need for your stay. The surroundings are beautiful and it is just a short walk to the train station to take you right into the heart of Gernika or Bilbao. Two nice little bars within 100 yards, and a wonderful little local groceries shop in the next village down.

To be improved

The only thing I would change if I could is the traffic noise in the morning (I am a light sleeper!), but this certainly wouldn't stop me from staying here again :)
