“Very good communication, digital keys were great. Very clean apartment. Too bad the bedroom is in the kitchen and not in the back room. However, the bed was really comfortable and big. Would be great to have bedside table lamps instead of high ceiling lights only. Again, consider putting bed in back room. Really appreciated the coffee pods, would have been great to have washing powder. Bought and left washing pods. Good kitchen to cook in, but stovetop kept shutting off when both burners were on. Toilet seat should fit better. Shower was great, big fluffy towels were amazing, sheets and pillows were really nice. Felt safe, would recommend.”

“Good choice for 1 or 2 nights”

The best

Very spacious The sofa bed was very big, could fit 3 adults with no problem Super clean and loved the little bag with the goodies to use in the kitchen- dishsoap, cloth, sponge...

To be improved

The whole house was full of sewer mosquitoes, they were tiny but a lot. The duvet to the sofa bed was dirty, with stains all over

“Huge studio apartment!”

Very spacious and high ceiling. I specially loved the shower a lot. Very good pressure.

“We like the location. Very close to the center. It is calm so you sleep well. There is a washing machine. We were there in the winter - so it was good temperature inside. There is a big refrigerator. Also you can find everything you need for cooking. · Cons: The only thing is that there was a lot of humidity in the apartment. Because this number 5 its lake a basement. And you are into the ground. Also there is no window in the bedroom. You have just 1 window in the hall.”

We like the location. Very close to the center. It is calm so you sleep well. There is a washing machine. We were there in the winter - so it was good temperature inside. There is a big refrigerator. Also you can find everything you need for cooking.

“Acceptable for one night only”

The best

They state they are petfriendly and they ARE petfriendly. Our flat was prepared with a welcome kit containing food and water bowls, a mattress and a goodie bag, which was absolutely lovely. The staff was also very helpful and kind helping us over the phone to open the door.

To be improved

The check-in was unnecessarily complicated. The digital key didn't work and we had to wait for several minutes under a 1ºC temperature. The heating inside the apartment didn't work. I had read reviews where people complained about the air conditioning in summer, but I didn't expect the heating also to not work. Finally, and the main reason for my negative review, was the fact that the whole flat had a nasty smell of cigarette. Contrary to what the sign glued to the door said, they DID NOT deodorise the flat after someone smoke in it. It actually smelled like it hadn't been ventilated in a long time. As we were staying for only one night, I didn't complain, but I would've certainly done so if we were to stay for more nights.
