“Big disappointment...”

Immediate response and support, plenty of space, and kitchen utensils available in case you want to eat in the apartment. The bed was comfortable for us, but the pillows less so (too flat for me). Each room has air conditioning.

We booked superior apartment - got 3 bedroom apartment. Both of them have 3 bedrooms but different prices and furniture on booking.com. Maria said everything is the same. The apartment does not match the photos shown on Booking.com. It states there are two large beds, but there was only one (we didn't need the second one, but the description should be accurate). One room has only a small window facing the sidewalk - the apartment is partially below ground level on one side, as the house is built on a steep slope. The master bedroom is poorly located in the house – it only has a window facing the very small inner courtyard (if you can even call it that), where heat accumulates, preventing fresh air from coming in. There was sometimes also a brief unpleasant smell coming from that area. Overall, there is little natural light. The lighting in the apartment is very bright and cold – a warmer tone would definitely be more pleasant (just a tip). The balcony is cute and provides enough space for two people. The balcony chairs could use cushions – without them, they're a bit uncomfortable. Cleanliness was just okay (some kitchen utensils had food residue from previous guests). The apartment is functional overall, but it did not meet our expectations – the photos likely show a different apartment in some cases. It was also noisy at times from the street, occasionally even at night (cars rarely pass through the street, but sometimes it was so loud it felt like a tank was driving through the apartment). Wi-Fi was weak. A large cockroach appeared – fortunately just the last night.
