Apartamentos via street 3000

The apartment promised so much but delivered so little. We found the rural address by accident as the location instruction are vague and the chalet is not marked. When we got in we found that the electric was not working and the refrigerator had defrosted and full of water. We tried many times to reset the electric but had to call the service number. However, the power was  eventually restored without any solution from the service. The person we spoke to was friendly, which was something positive. There were no instructions for the property and the internet didn't work as there was no password. Despite asking for it we never got a connection. After 8pm the service call was no longer available as they had closed. The internal facilities were quite poor as there was minimal crockery and cooking utensils. Not even a chopping knife. Only one cup was provided and the cutlery was mismatched. The electric cables on the floor were untidy/dangerous as well which was alarming. There was a small flimsy camping table and one rusty old chair for dining. Outside did not have a table to use either. There was a promise of a coffee maker which turned out to be a stove top percolator. Not much use with an induction hob! Perhaps the most disappointing aspect is that the chalet is not advertised accurately, using pictures from the other much bigger chalet nearby. This was misleading. It is very small and basic compared to the premium one next door. The chalet is one of many that are corporately own by Apartmentos 3000, so there is no host, check in service or personal touch. We asked to be moved to the other chalet but we were told that we would be charged a further 25€ on top of the booking fee. All in all, it was a disappointing stay and we would not use them again.

Some difficulty with registration app and finding the location of keysafe. Interesting view of zinc factory but nothing can be done about that! Couldn't find any WiFi.

A better sofa/seating arrangements would have been nice.
