I felt like at home. It was nice to have little small things in the kitchen, salt, sugar, oil, pepper, umbrella etc... Next to building is supermarket. Close to all attractions.

The best

Perfect location in downtown Malaga, beautiful, modern, and well equiped apartment. The only negative point is the mattress, which was old and not comfortable. This should be replaced.

“Pros - location, Cons - cockroaches”

The best

The apartment has a very good location (just few minutes walk to the center of Malaga). There are grocery stores, cafes, pubs at this very street. The decor of the apartment is also a plus. It is cozy and spacious, with a kitchenette, where theoretically we could doe some cooking (we didn`t do much of that due to the cons you can read separately). We had a fridge, microwave, mini stove and even an iron. The kettle had a broken button, which was badly taped. We asked for a replacement and the reaction of the owner was quick and positive.

As for the negatives, the main one were the COCKROACHES in the apartment - there were a lot of them!! From the first day of our stay, we spot few of them in the bathroom, e.g. in the shower, in the kitchen and in the living room. At first we thought that`s it but there were more of them every day. We found them walking on the kitchen counter, microwave, sink, washed plates (!). We must have killed about 50 of them in total. They were small and big, so it's clear that if they bred. They must have been there for a long time. We think cockroaches are a scandal and it was disgusting to take a shower, or prepare food in the microwave or on the table, where cockroaches were constantly walking making a sleeping more of a challenge being conscious they could crawl on us then. We even found one bug inside the fridge! Because of this, we hardly used the kitchen because it was unhygienic and took away our appetite. It was a BIG inconvenience for us and for this reason we would definitely never return to this place. We informed the owner about the bugs, and she recommended buying bug spray because all employees have the New Year's off (in all fairness we informed a day before we were leaving and on a public holiday, so we didn`t expect any immediate action from the owner). On the top of that there was a bit of mould in the shower and not all surfaces were dusted properly. Some deep cleaning would be a good idea. With all that said we find it hard to believe that the owner did not know about the cockroaches nor the mould before. The perception of apartment itself, although nicely located and furnished, was negatively impacted by lack of proper maintenace. We leave this information hoping for the above to improve and future guests will be able to leave higher notes.

Great location, clean and had everything we needed.

To be improved

Could be a little noisy from the street and neighbours as the sound proofing wasn’t great but the owner kindly left couple of ear plugs next to the bed on arrival which I thought was very considerate.

“Beautiful big appartnent in perfect locatoon”

The best

Big appartnent in very good localization. Very well equiped. There was umbrela for beach, beach rowels, umbrelas to rain. Many pots for cooking. Evenrythink very nice and very.new. when i ask to give more sheeta because i want to sleep in sofa, it was there. :-)

To be improved

Aircondition could cold more, it was kind of fen. Bet was small- but there was sofa :-)
