Bait and switch rip-off. I booked a 2 bed penthouse overlooking the cliffs with AC. I overpaid because I had some heat exhaustion from the long hot hike and needed a cool, comfortable stay to recooperate. They sent me to a different, less expensive 1 bed property a half mile away overlooking a meat market. My bags arrived at the wrong address, and when I called, I could tell this was a common occurrence with this property. I contacted the property to complain and they said it was 'the same' as the place I booked and grudgingly had my bag delivered 3 hours later. There was no offer to refund the price difference. The ac didn't work, the main reason I booked this overpriced room, and when I called I was informed the AC was turned off because it wasn't hot enough. The room was 20 degrees hotter than outside! They can keep their 2 buck chuck, I didn't touch it. Most expensive and most miserable night on the camino.
