Very clean and spacious apartment with big balconies. Beds ok. Lots of space for all our things and furniture on terrace just fine. Toilet paper, kitchen paper, washing liquid and plenty of towels. Very quit as we had garden view, but neighborhood is very quiet. Lots of restaurants close by. Please note that you need appr 30 min to walk into the center and the return is steep. We could pay for a garage parking which was great. In December you just have 3 hours of sunshine on the terrace so if you want to sunbath you need to go to the beach.

Quiet and calm place, the weather was perfect for comfort, there is a covered park area for an additional fee, Maria the hostess is very kind, explained everything. The apartment has everything you need, price and quality class.

We had a very pleasant 3-weeks stay in July. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and equipped with everything one needs even for a long stay. There was even a side sea view from the balcony. Two pools with nice (pretty warm) water temperature and very clean. The residential complex is very silent and La Paz area in general is also very green and quiet. Maria was a very friendly and helpful host. We had a great time!

Lovely spacious 1st floor apartment in a quiet residential complex, very quiet with views across garden and pools. Very well equipped kitchen, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and plenty of storage. Large balcony with table, chairs, sun loungers and sun awning. Excellent position in La Paz area, plenty of free parking, local supermarkets, bars and restaurants close by. Maria is an excellent host, good communication and flexibility on check in and out.

The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need (kitchen, washing machine, drying rack, smart tv, good wifi etc). Nice balcony with a view of the garden and pool. Quiet residential area, shops and restaurants close by. Maria the host is really nice. Overall very good value for money, would definitely recommend.

Maria kept in touch regarding our flight arrival times prior to the holiday and once we landed phoned to check our progress to the apartment and was there waiting to meet us. Very helpful showing us everything n the apartment.
