“Cons: We had to wait for more than an hour at 01 in the night with our child fallen asleep in the car. We have prepaid the city tax but it was requested upon arrival in cash. Although we tried to communicate the front door man was behaving in an arrogant way saying "No"money. No keys."We called the phone contacts more than two times and we had to wait for about 30+minutes each time and at the end the front door man let us in reluctantly. In the morning, some people came to ask for the city tax again. The apartment was not as great as in the photos. It was not so clean and the only comfortable pace was the living room. We will not stay there again for sure.”

“The location is AMAZING. In the city center - really near from plaza mayor. The apartment is huge, it has all the facilities you need (to cook or shower). Everything was clean.”
