“Overpriced, old, badly maintained, it's good only for the location”

The best

Location was very good, 5 minutes by car from our favourite beach. Swimming pool had good size. Winahost responds quickly and tries to help you.

To be improved

We were obliged to wait till 17h to enter, when we entered the apartment was not cleaned yet, that happened at 19:30. Full day lost but paid. Same on exit, obliged to leave before 10h The kitchen and bathroom have the minimum. You have to buy everything, salt, sugar, coffee, etc The apartment is noisy because there are some workers living in the building and make noise and wake up early, so try to sleep hard or be ready to wake up at 7am. The swimming pool is old and has yellow tiles. The grass around it is not maintained, it's brown and dry, and sticks to your feet, so you bring everything to the apartment, so you have to clean every day. Wifi was not working, but can be fixed, we just didn't care. Too expensive for what you get.

“Really low cleaning standards”

As we paid 100 euro of cleaning fee we would expect the appartament to be perfect … Cleaning is not as expectes .. they probably dont even spend an hour for cleaning after you are gone.. when we opened the coffe machine it was full of coffee and old caps from previous users.. as we did not expected it , it went all over the kitchen.. anaway we planned to clean it anyway before using it. we had to clean cutterly and glasses even sleeping was hard as i woke up during the first night scratching myself and my baby everywhere .. Luckiky there was an extra bed.. Our apartment was n 12.. no idea about the others

“The pool was clean and a good size. The view. · Cons: Be aware that the location is not a pleasant or reasonable walk to any beach or shops/cafes. You need to use car each time you leave property. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The road traffic noise with lots of heavy vehicles was quite loud when at poolside and whist sitting on the terrace. The bathroom needs better ventilation and smelt musty and damp. The checking in process was arduous and unpleasant, the deposit €300 was not returned promptly (waited 1 week) arrived after several requests. €100 euro cleaning fee excessive for a short stay. The 5 pm check in was not ideal but is made clear in description.”
