“Very nice apartment in a very good location”

Really nice apartment in a very good quiet location next to the beach! nice little town next door. Very friendly staff. car park is also available at extra cost which I did use as it’s very convenient and secure, also in the summer period it’s very difficult to get parking spaces. Also felt safe in the area as I was warned that certain areas in that region are not safe.

The apartment is a bit dated and could do with modernisation

“Very dissapointing apartment.”

Location, rental agents were helpful, nice and quick to act on our requests or problems within the property. I requested an extra fan and it was there first thing the following morning.

To be improved

The apartment we were allocated, C12 ,was very dated ,with very old furniture with a few new chairs and a new sofa , there was a new shower enclosure put in an old bathroom with missmatching tiles so the apartament was very dissapointing. There was not even a toiletbrush. This property had very little kitchen equipment, only the bare basics , we are a family of five who are used to rent other properties so we know what minimum to expect. The tv did not work properly but I did not mentioned this to the agents who I am sure would have helped or try to resolve this. WIFI signal is not strong enough for all the residents, it is very slow and intermitent.
