“Decent apartment overall, but a few things to improve”

The best

- Good location (close to metro, grocery stores, supermarkets, Sagrada) - Very spacious - Quiet place - We had a balcony

To be improved

- The floor didn’t seem to be thoroughly cleaned -- after walking barefoot, we noticed our feet would get dirty. - Only two rolls of toilet paper were provided for two people over a 5-night stay. We ended up having to buy more ourselves. - There was no garbage collection during the entire stay, so we had to keep our trash inside the apartment for 5 days. According to a notice, cleaning is only done once every 5 days, and towel changes are available earlier only for an extra fee. - The Wi-Fi was unreliable at times

“Won’t go back there again”

Not much… the place is in need of work. Everything is worn and old. Taps don’t turn properly, shower floor has cracks, no hooks got towels, no tea towel to dry dishes. Smell of sewerage inside the apartment .

“The apartment was very nice and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly guy, helped us store our luggage before and during check in. · Cons: Nothing”

“Very nice and clean.”

The best

It’s in a very nice area, close to pretty much everything, even the beach, and of course the Sagrada Familia. It’s spacious, there’s even a nice balcony. The bed and the couch were comfortable. Everything was clean.There were many towels. It was a pleasant stay.

To be improved

The kitchen is semi-equipped, they gave us small baggies of salt and pepper, which was thoughtful but not quite enough. It’s a bit hard to get in to the building, where the automated check-in machine is. We rang the doorbell and someone responded in spanish but couldn’t understand us or let us in. We ended up going in when a resident came out.
