The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures, everything is beautifully laid out and very clean. The guy at the reception was very kind. Located near the lake, wonderful view.

The best

Fullly equipped kitchen was a plus, as was the free use of a washer and dryer. This is also an amazingly bike friendly hotel with secure storage for bikes including a work area and air pumps. It is also situated right on Lake Banyoles!

The hotel restaurant could have been of better quality.

The best

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There is a laundry room in the basement which is a great help when travelling. The parking was either on the street in front of the hotel or in an open car park behind - both of which seemed secure. There are 3 restaurants to choose from and the lake side location is fabulous. Girona within easy reach by car as is the coast.

“Comfortable stay in an excellent location”
The best

Spacious room with cooking facilities. Air con was excellent Bike store and gym very good Washing machine useful Good location Carpark at the back of the hotel

To be improved

Our room overlooked the car park not the lake which was ok ish but there were deliveries all day and the refuse cart which was not ideal when using the balcony. A road side room might be better. Limited cooking items, one saucepan which was huge so we bought a small pan for pasta.
