Location was good.

To be improved

The property had not been serviced when I arrived and presumably the owners had not checked the property. There were dirty bed sheets and dirty towels lying on the bed presumably from the previous occupant. There was also a mop lying on the floor. Despite my emails the owners rejected my pleas for help until the next morning. Admittedly I had not arrived until about 7 30pm due to delayed flights and a crash on the motorway from Barcelona. Nevertheless totally unacceptable.
