“A nice place to stay in Lloret de Mar.”

The best

The place where the apartment is situated near to beach is an amazing thing in Lloret de mar. It was good for couples, a group of singles and even a family with kids who could take stairs. With pram to take it to the room and getting it down without elevators was a task.

To be improved

The quality of available materials like bed, mattress, bathroom place to be changed or renovated.

“We had to stay out most of the day not to be disappointed with our Accommodation”

To be honest, The only thing was the Location as it is right on the Beach assuming to get a Beach Front room and not the Room facing the Street.

To be improved

There was nothing to Like about this Property. On Arrival, we noticed the Building was Old, Floor tiles and furniture were damaged and the rooms are poorly presented. There was Dog -Fur everywhere and lots of Dust under the Bed, I had to Clean the Apartment before getting Comfortable seeing as they Failed to Prepare the Apartment before we arrived. Shower was really Small,barely Hot water and the bottom would flood while we took Showers. The Apartment was on the 4th Floor and there is no Elevator so be prepared to climb up every time you go out. The Beds are very uncomfortable, the pillows are Old and have Lumps in them, we literally woke up tired everyday instead of feeling relaxed, body aching and the Heater was not even working when we put it on so we also had to deal with a Cold Apartment. The Apartment you see on the Add is not the same you get on Arrival, They provide you with a Terrible room and you cannot Cancel because they already deduct 50% on Booking , They come up with so many Charges and "Fines" Like, if you miss Check-In Time (50€) or if you dont Clean the Apartment when you leave, you get charged (100€). I was truly disappointed to have to Clean the Apartment on Entry and also have to Clean it before I leave not to get Fined, that will be deducted on the (150€) Caution They hold when you confirm your Stay. Overall I was very disappointed and very Angry, I would never stay at this Place again, 6 days and not 1 day I felt at Home.
